Kung Fu Boxing

As a fifth degree blackbelt and certified Wing Chun & Lima Lama instructor, Hayward offers master teaching in these disciplines, providing the opportunity for students to learn confidence, self-control, focus, respect, self-defense, fitness, coordination, life skills, character development, agility, balance, and FUN! Lots of FUN!

Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Kickboxing Aerobics

Hayward's aerobic kickboxing class is a fun and effective full-body workout that combines cardio kickboxing, mat work, and weight training.

Monday & Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Our personal training is tailored to your body, your goals, and your pace. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, lose weight, or simply feel healthier, we design a program that meets your unique needs and abilities. With one-on-one guidance and support, you’ll gain the tools, motivation, and confidence to reach your full potential.

Boxing & Martial Arts

Hayward’s skill set spans from martial arts (Kung Fu, Wing Chun,and Lima Lama) to traditional boxing and private sessions are authentic, accessible, and fun. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, our programs help you sharpen your skills, improve endurance, and develop mental discipline, all while getting a great workout. We believe in creating an encouraging environment where you can challenge yourself, break a sweat, and enjoy the process.

Our self-defense training goes beyond learning how to protect yourself, it’s about building confidence, respect for self and others, and mental resilience. Through practical techniques and guided practice, you’ll strengthen your body, challenge your mind, and learn skills that empower you inside and outside the studio. This isn’t just defense, it’s personal growth and empowerment.
