As a fifth degree blackbelt and certified Wing Chun & Lima Lama instructor, Hayward offers master teaching in these disciplines, providing the opportunity for students to learn confidence, self-control, focus, respect, self-defense, fitness, coordination, life skills, character development, agility, balance, and FUN! Lots of FUN!

Hayward's aerobic kickboxing class is a fun and effective full-body workout that combines cardio kickboxing, mat work, and weight training.

Monday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
